Compliance

We act in compliance with the BME (German Association of Procurement and Logistics AMMPL or "BME" in German)  Code of Conduct.

Its principles regarding

  • corruption
  • anti-trust legislation
  • forced labour
  • child labour

as well as its principles regarding social responsibility for

  • human rights
  • discrimination
  • health care
  • fair labour conditions
  • environmental protection

have been incorporated in our organisation. 
By observing and promoting these principles, we take on responsibility owed to our own organisation, to customers and suppliers, to the environment and the society. We request our suppliers to intensively support these principles and to observe them as we do. Acknowledging these principles is a major criterion for us for a supplier to be included in our supplier pool.

Code of Conduct

With this Code of Conduct, the management and employees pursue the aim of ethically impeccable business activity at E-T-A Elektrotechnische Apparate GmbH. All employees of the company group worldwide are committed to this code, which determines the standards, applicable directives and expectations of our behaviour. The management board assumes a special role model function in this respect.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

In 2015, the United Nations (UN) formulated the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). These 17 sustainability goals are addressed to the challenges of sustainable development on our planet. E-T-A has committed themselves to contribute to reaching these goals through their sustainability management according to the Environment Social Governance (ESG).
